October 8th, 2008 · 5 Comments

It’s been a while between snacks, but I’m still curious about what you’re eating!

As always, I’ll go first…

Yesterday:

Breakfast: Bowl of Just Right cereal with 4 slices canned peaches and skim milk.

Snack: A mandarin

Lunch: Salad of shredded roast chicken breast, iceberg lettuce, grated carrot, mint and a dressing of greek yoghurt, lime juice and sweet chilli sauce.

Snack: 1 cup of chopped pineapple and rockmelon. A few brazil nuts.

Dinner: Homemade soup - chorizo, sweet potato, chickpea, zucchini and chicken stock.

Yesterday I forgot to eat breakfast, too busy. I ate a quesadilla for lunch as I was running out the door and at midnight edamame…I was busy.

Noble Pig - Mmmm, I like quesadillas.

So, you guys have finally tired of the ‘what’s eating’ game, huh? Should I give it a rest or what?

Reemski - Very healthy! I am totally obsessed with rice paper rolls at the moment, so we’re in tune. :)

Ate pomegranate seeds as if it was rice today. I don’t even remember what I ate it with. Love the ruby red stuff.
