There was an interesting article on Marion Nestle’s blog the other day about how broccoli has become one of Washington’s favourite political metaphors for the role of government in health care reform.
I don’t usually feature politics here, but I thought this was an interesting topic and the article has some pretty funny (slash dumb) quotes in it. Plus some links to other related stories where broccoli has featured in political life.
