Earlier this week my daughter and I taste-tested the Five:am Organic Yoghurt range. Click here to read all about it.

What’s your favourite yoghurt brand?

A word about this new type of post categorised as ‘Web Favs‘.

The thing is, I read a lot of blogs and websites every single day. Along the way I see loads of really interesting articles that warrant further discussion. I figured that since I created this blog to talk about food (all food, not just my own), it’s probably a waste not to share the edible tidbits I find. I truly hope you’ll find them as drool-worthy, thought-provoking and just plain delicious as I do. I will, of course, still be posting original Fig & Cherry recipes, reviews, competitions and more in amongst it all. So don’t forget to pop by everyday to enjoy something new and yummy!

Do you love or hate these posts? Let me know, I would love your feedback.

  • The flavours sure sound nice.
We make our own yoghurt in an easi-yo. You can use the yummy mixes or make a batch yourself with just a ‘starter’ of plain yoghurt and milk. This way you know exactly what’s in your food and make whatever flavour mix you want- even coffee and honey for a wakeup breakfast!

I’ve seen the Five:am brand but I haven’t tried it yet.

I love yoghurt – my absolute favourite brand is Evia.

It is as close to real Greek yoghurt that you have in Greece.

It is made with skim milk, no gelatine or other dodgy ingredients and is incredibly thick and creamy.

I absolutely love the Five:am Vanilla bean yogurt. It is definitely my new favourite. It’s also the only Five:am product I’ve tried. Not seen the Greek style in Queensland yet. For plain yogurt I love Tamar Valley. It’s low fat but thick and creamy. Great in sweet or savoury dishes or just on it’s own.
