The end of summer means the end of summer-inspired mushroom dishes. But don’t despair! There’s still autumn-inspired mushroom dishes coming up and who can forget comforting winter-fare?
For now, let’s bask in the recipes that filled our computer screens in Februrary from some of Australia’s top bloggers.
First up, Shez from One Bite More made this incredible dish of roasted mushrooms with ricotta on toast. The perfect meal for breakfast, lunch or dinner, now that’s clever!
Then Sonia from Life, Love & Hiccups came up with this cracker of a dish – quick and easy mushroom quiche. It’s guaranteed to feed a large brood of hungry (and possibly feral) kids and adults alike.
Last but certainly not least, Peter from Souvlaki for the Soul gives us comfort food at its best with beef ragu stuffed mushrooms. Extra creme fraiche on mine please!
