(More) Summer mushroom recipes4

Sadly, Summer is almost over (and just when the weather has started to warm up!). Even sadder still, the blogger Summer mushroom recipe frenzy has come to a close.

Nevertheless, the campaign ended with some super-strong mushroom recipes and I’m very glad to share them here with you in this round up post.

First up, Pork and macadamia nut stuffed mushrooms from The Catty Life.

Rosemary mushroom kebabs by The Intolerant Chef.

Warm mushroom and spinach salad by Bake Bike Blog.

Mushroom sliders by The Littlest Anchovy.

Warm mushroom and soba noodle salad by Claire K Creations.

This collection truly shows how versatile and delicious the humble little mushroom can be. And although Summer is over, never fear, Autumn is when mushrooms really come into their own, so expect some great warming recipes coming up on Fig & Cherry in the coming months.

Still hungry for more mushroom recipes? Check out my other two round ups from December and January.

What’s been your favourite mushroom recipe this Summer?

  • Summer, what summer? These mushrooms all look so lovely, hopefully we’ll get some Indian summer yet so we can squeeze in a few more bbqs. Heres hoping!

  • The other recipes look great. I love the idea of threading them on rosemary sprigs. Yum!

  • Thanks for all the Summery mushroom ideas – the best thing is that I reckon they will taste just as good over Autumn……

  • Cant get enough of these mushroom recipes. They’re all so great :D
