You may have noticed a whole lot of delicious mushrooms popping up all over the Aussie blogosphere this past month.
No? Well let me tell you… they have!
I’ve been helping the Australian Mushroom Growers Association recruit Australia’s best bloggers to create delectable mushroom dishes – and they’ve come up with the goods!
The theme is ‘A Little Bit Different’ as mushrooms are usually seen as an Autumn/Winter vegetable, but they are also perfect for Summer recipes. Here’s the links to the November and December creations. Enjoy!
