I'm lucky enough to be in the UK for work at the moment, so it was only a quick 2 hour trip on the Eurostar train to Brussels. Trust me, I'm making the most of it while I can... it's not like I can catch the train to a gorgeous European city from Australia every day ;) Saying that, though, I am keen to get back to the Aussie sunshine and fresh produce.
