A reason, not an excuse

I’d like to say sorry to you all for not posting anything for quite a while.

I have a very good reason.

I’ve just had the wedding and honeymoon of my dreams - so I’ve been a tiny bit too busy to attend to this blog.

Good news though, I’m back! So expect lots of new recipes, reviews and thoughts coming your way. I’ve been to Bangkok, Koh Samui and Phuket, so asian flavours are at the forefront for the near future. Also, I’m heading to London next week and am looking forward to reviewing lots of pubs and restaurants for you, accompanied by photographs taken on my new little camera. (My husband bought it for me!)

I hope you’ll visit often to check it all out. Chat to you soon.

Happy cooking, Christie

Lucky you! One of my former colleagues flew over to Bangkok to do a Thai cooking course. Can you reccommend any good courses to take? Bangkok is a little far…I am based in Melbourne.

    Hi Kate,
I did a Thai Cooking course while in Koh Samui. It was so much fun!
For Melbourne though, I’ve heard really good things about chocolate and seafood classes at The Green Grocer in Fitzroy North (www.thegreengrocer.com.au/cooking_school.html). Let me know how you go!
