I see what you mean, it’s not really a cooking class I guess if you only get to chop some veggies! It sounds like you had a great experience anyway – I love chermoula! I’ve never taken a cooking class although I am desperate to do a sushi one. I always expected my own work station though.

Oh well, it looks delicious! I did a baking class on a similar basis ie large groups, and it had the same problem – you didn’t learn much.
