Hi Christie, I also took a cooking class at Cafe Clock in Fes this past June! I loved my class and the entire Fes experience! I Love your blog…wonderful recipes and love how your incorporate you travel experience into your recipes…I do the same! :) I’m passionate about traveling & eating! :))

Hi Christie,
I’ve just been to Morocco and we went several times to Cafe Clock as it is just such a wonderful place to relax in the middle of the medina. Unfortunately didn’t have time to do a cooking class but who knows maybe next time. It’s definitely a place to visit when in Morocco.

That looks like so much fun! It’s an interesting idea to poach and bake the chicken. The public bakery is amazing too. I guess it’s easier not to have to preheat the oven, especially if it’s wood fired.
