
Hands up who has a surplus of chocolate right now? Me too.
Never fear, I have collated some of my yummiest chocolate recipes, so you can go ahead and melt down your leftover Easter eggs and have some fun in the kitchen.
Let’s start with the recipe pictured above. It is a double whammy for today; chocolate and ANZAC ice cream sandwiches. There is even a dollop of peanut butter in there for good measure. The recipe uses a prepared chocolate product, but you can simply melt down some eggs and drizzle it over.
