@Wattacetti - I love the plate set too! The manufacturer is the CWM Network and the plate set is called Esque, Alfresco, Sachi, Hor d'oueure set. I can't find the exact plate online, but found this site that stocks other things from their range. Hope that helps!

@Marc – Oh no, you’ve made me feel bad! Yes, I think sweet chilli sauce would be a good substitute, although it’s nice with a bit of texture so maybe add some sliced chilli as well. Enjoy! :)

Looks delightful. I’m not sure that getting jarred goods is the most economical (or carbon footprint friendly) thing to do, so while I’m sure it doesn’t compare, would sweet thai chili sauce make for a suitable substitution?

What a beautiful presentation. I love the way everything looks. I used chili jam on my soft pretzels over the holidays and loved the flavor. Will have to try your recipe next time a have a special gathering.
