I love watching cooking videos over reading the instructions because they are so much for helpful to a visual learner like myself :P, what a scrumptious pie…delicious flakey crust and all!

Great pie! I love whole baked fish, but B doesn’t like picking bones from whole fish either – that crazy kid!
Kingfish sashimi is a definite fav though.

I’m a big fan of meat and fruit. My dad just loves apricot chicken, so he’d like this one. I might have to try it with rice to save the worry of making gluten free pastry.

Very cute! It looks better than a pie I’d see in a fancy shop! I like the golden brown crust and the indentations :)
