Wow! Organic rhubarb! That stuff is so pricey over here, but it’s so neat that you were able to make a cake out of it. I tend to prefer unfrosted cakes myself :P. This looks quite yummy and summery :D.

Funny, I’m the opposite. I love a piece of cake because I feel like I’m really sinking my teeth into something substantial, as opposed to a creme brulee or similar. The rhubarb cake looks great. Nice to have a weekly organic vegie box to be inspired by :)
