Friday Night Dinner Ideas is a weekly round up of quick and healthy meals to inspire you to cook well after a long week. Recipes are from the Fig & Cherry archives (simply click the blue text to go through to the recipe), as well as a few of my favourite blogs. This week’s theme is pork. Enjoy!
Idea #1: Tea glazed pork chop with tea poached pears.

Idea #2: Ma Po Tofu.

Idea #3: Pork cutlet with sweet mustard crust.

Idea #4: Rosemary and apricot pork fillet pies. (Shot on my old point and shoot – sorry for the ugly pic!)

Idea #5: Watermelon, feta and crispy pork belly salad from Spoon Fork Bacon. Oh my! This is just perfect for a hot Summer’s night.
Idea #6: Thai green curry with pork meatballs from Claire K Creations. Have not tried meatballs in a curry – genius!
Idea #7: Shrimp and pork mini burgers from Tartine and Apron Strings. Boy oh boy do I love this blog – Jen, you are an inspiration!

Idea #8: Pork chops with figs. I can always trust Nigel Slater to come up with a perfect combo.
