In my opinion, breakfast should be served three times/day...I especially love how omelettes tend to be a little on the hearty side so I CAN eat them as a meal :).

Hi Kim,

I love spicy tomato juice too - especially with a splash of vodka! Also, how have you been going with your strawberry preserve - made a dent in the batch yet?

Hi Sher,

The full fry-up, yum! Your grandmother was a superhero cooking for all those people daily. Radish tops... I'm intrigued. Do they have a bitter taste?

That looks fabulous! My favorite breakfast usually includes eggs. Yesterday I had eggs scrambled with radish tops. I know--sounds weird. I guess my favorite breakfast would be fried eggs, hashbrowns or grits, biscuits with brown flour gravy, and some bacon! My grandmother fixed that nearly everyday--for 10 or more people when I was a kid! I took it for granted back then. Not now! I rarely have it, but when I do--don't bother me while I'm eating it!

Wow Kevin, I had to Wiki 'nattou' and it looks fantastic - now I need to find somewhere to try it... I'm also a big fan of green tea in the morning, especially Chinese style with Jasmine.

Is there no-one else who wants to share their favourite breakfast with me? Come on, guys!

I often have mushroom omelettes and I really like the idea of adding bacon. My favorite breakfast is nattou on rice with miso soup, some yogurt, an umeboshi and some green tea.
