I never order Pizza any more! Especially after the last sorry delivery I got where it was soggy and cold hehe

We only use the pizza crust recipes on this website:

    http://www.the-pizza-gourmet.com.

Works every time. We also only make our own – delivery pizza cannot compare once you get the hang of it. Also, this website has recipes for several different types of pizza crust, and then you use your imagination.

    Good luck!

We made this one on our grill, but it would work just as well in the oven.

Thanks to everyone so far! As well as those lovely shy people who emailed me – TS and DH! It’s going to be very hard to choose…

Christie I did this one, based on the two day no-knead bread and it was really wonderful.

and this one we use often too for dough, but you’ll skip the assembly part of course ;)

@ Angela – It’s so hard to find a good gluten free pizza base! I think this one is really tasty.

Here’s one I use all the time (I make it by hand). Makes enough for 2 large thin crust pizzas/flatbreads. I am not a salt person, but I have found that it tastes better with a little more salt than the recipe calls for.
