Marita - 10 cups of coffee! Wow, you must have been bouncing off the walls. Hope your lil one is OK.

Ju'eta - I try to have 2 healthy snacks a day so I don't overeat at meal times... it works sometimes!

Lisa - Yes, the weather was glorious - same as today. Finially Spring sunshine is showing it's face. Never had an iced Chai tea - will be giving that a go asap!

Friday was a disaster with several cocktails during the evening, but I tried to make up for it on Saturday. How great was the weather! We had a nice BBQ for dinner.

Breakfast - black coffee, sultana bran with a chopped up banana and skim milk

Lunch - small bowl of leftover pasta and an apple

Afternoon tea - green tea, slice of cheese

Dinner - lamb kofta (jamie oliver's recipe with pistachios) cooked on the bbq with a big salad dressed with balsamic vinegar.

Dessert - iced chai tea, 2 spoons of low fat ice cream.

Nice! You are inspiring me to think more about what I eat.

Breakfast - the usual 2 weetbix and muslie.

Morning tea - about 10 cups of coffee (up for 3rd night in a row with sick kid)

Lunch - salad sandwiches with fancy Japanese beef that BIL supplied, it was really nice.

Afternoon tea- lots more coffee

Dinner - left overs from the last few nights.

After dinner snack - orgasmic roasted pumpkin ice cream, if you have an ice cream maker I seriously recommend trying this - (http://aussiefarmersdirectchallenge.wordpress.com/2008/09/13/i-just-made-a-food-orgasm-roasted-pumpkin-icecream-v2/)

Hey there, what did I eat today?

Breakfast: 3 Banana pancakes with peanut butter and strawberries on top. Followed by a Cafe Au Lait with 3 different varieties of dark chocolate.

Lunch 1: Fresh chocolate ice cream (forgot the peanut butter), made with nectarines and cottage cheese. Used Kashi GoLean cereal to top each bite.

Lunch 2: 4 Banana pancakes again to use up the batter before I leave for the weekend.

Dinner: Leftover turkey meatloaf dipped in peanut sauce with leftover boiled beans on the side in addition to a twice-baked sweet potato stuffed with cream cheese, peanut butter and cinnamon.

That and about 2 gallons of water throughout the day. Needless to say I'm full.

Hey Christie.

I had a deep bowl of toasted muesli with full cream milk.

Two rice paper rolls and Beef Vermicelli - also at my local Vietnamese.

For dinner: Hudu's African Feeling - Coconut Chicken and Goat Stew with Chiapati!

Lots of black tea, lots of water.
