Idea #1: Garlic and tomato prawns. A super-quick stir together to be served over rice, pasta or noodles. Pictured above with pearl couscous.
Idea #2: Prawn and mushroom pasta. Make the sauce in the time it takes to cook the pasta. Easy.
Idea #3: Sweet chilli prawn skewers. Fire up the BBQ and eat outside for a change.
